PostHog is free under 1M events + 5K session recordings per month — expect $0 in early Phase 1. Kept as a $0 line so it isn't forgotten once it starts metering at scale.
Xano Essential — $85/mo (annual), confirmed on xano.com July 2026. Dedicated infra, 5 seats, unlimited records, GDPR/SOC 2/ISO compliance. The old $29 tier is retired; Pro ($224/mo) adds a load balancer and 10 seats if needed later.
WeWeb Pro seat — $42/user/mo (annual), confirmed on weweb.io July 2026. Driven by the dev-seats value. Self-hosting the exported Vue.js on your own server avoids a WeWeb hosting plan; add one (from $10/mo) only if publishing via WeWeb Cloud.
1Password Teams Starter Pack is a flat $19.95/mo for up to 10 users (not per-seat); it moves to Business ($7.99/user) above 10.
FlutterFlow Growth is $60 first seat + ~$41.25 each additional (annual); the dev-seats value drives this line.
Intercom Fin AI is not in the totals. Seats are Advanced $85/seat/mo (annual, confirmed on intercom.com July 2026). Fin AI Agent adds $0.99 per resolved conversation on top — usage-based and hard to predict, so budget it separately once support volume is known.
